Bilall Fallah & Adil El Arbi Make A Grounded Spider-Man 4 More Likely

Time will tell if futureupdates onSpider-Man 4end with Fallah and Arbi getting the gig if it is true that they are at least being eyed for it. However, this may support the notion that Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios are indeed looking to make the next film more grounded. Other MCU rumors have recently indicated that Marvel Studios is the one that wantsSpider-Man 4to have a street-level tone, which is also what a lot of audience members have been expressing online.

As Fallah and Arbi got their start with the MCU through theMs. MarvelTV show, the early episodes demonstrated how they are capable of handling a superhero, but on a more personal and grounded level. Even ifBatgirlnever got to see the light of day, it made a lot of sense why Arbi and Fallah were tapped to helm the DC movie, as it also focused ona street-level hero. With those qualities in mind, if this directing duo is being considered forSpider-Man 4, perhaps Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios are considering a new tone for Holland’s next installment.

Given their great work onMs. Marvel, it would be fantastic to see Fallah and Arbi helmSpider-Man 4, as well as make for great Marvel history, as they would be the first directors of color to helm aSpider-Manmovie. It would also be genuinely interesting to see what a directing duo could do with Spider-Man in film, following filmmakers like Sam Raimi, Marc Webb, and Jon Watts. Hopefully, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios will have official news onSpider-Man 4sooner rather than later.
