There are a total of 11 secrets to find in the Spire of Nerathul level of the game. Some are more well hidden than others, and we know where to find all of them.
Gold Chest #1
In the first area of the level, head to the left side of the stage (when facing the large building) and climb on top of the crumbling structure on its left side.
Hop down to the lower platform with the Blue Orb on the edge, then enter the flooded structure to find the secret area with the Gold Chest.
After landing at the first landing zone and reaching the outdoor area, head into the circular structure to the left of the entrance on the outside of the large building.
Entering this structure will trigger an encounter, which you must complete to unlock the Ruby sitting on the edge of the platform.
Life Sigil #1
In the same area, look below the right side of the large building before entering, and go into the cave beneath. Some gold bars and a LIfe Sigil are inside.
At the next landing zone, jump into the water and head to the location on the map above. Swim down into the hole in the floor of the lake.
The hole leads to an underground passage. Avoid the hazards while making your way through, then swim up to the end to enter the small building containing the Ruby.
Life Sigil #2
In the same area, head to the top of the hill and climb up to the secret path above the main objective. At the end of the path of gold bars is a secret area with a Life Sigil. You can then drop down to get some more gold bars.
Arachnodemon Toy
Upon entering the large boat area, turn to the left in the first half of the room on the upper deck of the ship. There is a destructible wall that you can Shield Charge through to reach theArachnodemon Toy.
Ruby #3 + Gold Chest #2
At the back end of the large boat room, climb to the top of the deck and look up at the hanging weight. Destroy the overheated lock to make it smash through the floor of both lower decks.
This will reveal a jump pad, which you can use to reach the upper platform in the center of the room. Collect the gold bars, then jump across to the platform with the Ruby.
Next to the Ruby, look over and down to the lower deck at the back of the ship. Shoot the red barrels to make them explode, revealing a new area to enter. Jump down to find the secret area with the Gold Chest inside.
Life Sigil #3
After exiting the boat, turn around at the highest point of the descending cliffs and drop onto the lower rock platform behind you. An enemy encounter will initiate in the secret area, which contains a Life Sigil.
Codex (Spire of Nerathul)
This Codex can be found by simply jumping from the ledge to the lower platform at the location above.
Wraithstone #1
While flying around, head to the large mountain on the side of the map, away from the main structures. A lone demon will be standing in a clearing, who you must kill to reveal a new landing zone.
Land in the zone to enter the secret area, where an enemy encounter can be completed to unlock the Wraithstone near the wall.
Wraithstone #2 + Weapon Skin (Grenade Launcher)
Above the lower area of the map (the landing zone beneath the main spire), look for a passage entrance on the side of the rocky walls. Enter it, and fly along the path until you reach the secret landing zone.
Follow the path and defeat all the enemies along the way to reach the end, where the “Nightmare” skin for the Grenade Launcher and the second Wraithstone can be collected.
Revenant Toy
Before reaching the BFC, there is a circular tower you jump up through via Jump Pad. Reach the top of the tower, then jump down onto the secret area to the right of the exit to collect the Revenant Toy.
Gold Chest #3
In the main spire, look up at the large weight being held by a chain with an overheated lock. Go around the rock holding it and climb up to see the lock properly and destroy it.
Return to the courtyard to find the weight in the ground, with the Gold Chest sitting on top of it. Break open the Gold Chest, then head over to the side of the cliff at the edge of the courtyard and look down to access the secret area beneath the weight that has opened.
Codex (Serrat)
At the top of the main spire, thecodexcan be found easily at the location on the map above. Make sure to grab it before exiting the level.
