The hardest part of this recipe is getting your hands on cherries. You won’t find any cherry trees until you access either Frosted Heights or Sunlit Plateau. you may unlock the Plateau directly from Plaza using 7,000 Dreamlight at the northwestern ramp. Frosted Heights, on the other hand, is accessible after venturing through the Forest of Valor and forking out 10,000 Dreamlight to unlock the area.
Despite Sunlit Plateau being the cheaper and easier location, you’ll actually want to unlock Frosted Heights first if you’re specifically looking for cherry trees. This is because the cherry tree spawning areas are blocked by (currently) unbreakable obstacles. If you’re reading through this after the Scar introduction update and can progress through his questline, however, you won’t have too much trouble here. Otherwise, you can save some time by gathering the extra Dreamlight for Frosted Heights.
Or, well, you can always use the Wishing Well barrier bypass bug. It’s risky, but it still works as of publishing this article. It’s a relatively easy way to get to the Sunlit Plateau cherry trees without much issue.
