How to Make Stardrop Tea in Stardew Valley

As you play Stardew Valley, you’ll find yourself spending months, if not years, talking to the other townsfolk and slowly winning over their love and trust. But if you have Stardrop Tea, you can jump the line and immediately get one full heart of love.

Stardrop Tea is an exceptionally rare item that can only be found in two ways in Stardew Valley. You can find it inMayor Lewis’s Prize Boxor as a reward for unlocking aGolden Fishing Treasure Chest.

You can find Mayor Lewis’ Prize Box by entering his house in town, just to the right of the Stardrop Saloon. The Prize Box will be in thetop left corner, beside the Lost and Found. You can get tickets for the prize box by completing quests on Pierre’s General Board. Quests that will give you a ticket will have an image of one beside the quest giver’s name. Likewise, you can receive tickets as prizes during annual festivals or occasionally when they’re on offer during a festival at the festival shop.

Alternatively, you can get prize tickets by successfully unlocking golden fishing treasure chests. Treasure Chests will periodically appearas you’re fishingduring the fishing mini-game. You can open these treasure chests by hovering the fishing bar over the treasure chest long enough to unlock it. But Golden Treasure Chests will only begin appearingafter you’ve reached Fishing Mastery in the Mastery Cave. You’ll only gain access to the Mastery Cave when you’ve hit level 10 in all skills.

You can then increase your chance of encountering Golden Treasure Chests by using a Magnet, the Treasure Hunter, and the Pirate profession to increase the likelihood of a Treasure Chest spawning by 50%. Stardrop Tea has a 1 in 13 chance of spawning in these chests, making it the most reliable way to get them once you claim the guaranteed one in Mayor Lewis’s Prize Box. That makes them even easier to farm thanMystery Boxes.
