Simply consume the item when you’re in a safe location, and adjust your stats accordingly.

During the second mission, you’ll go through different trials, which are essentially fights against these phantom enemies. One of these encounters is “Khazan’s Abyss“, and you can earn your very firstPrimeval Regression Orbby defeating him. This is a guaranteed drop, and it makes sense because you’ve been given a taste of each weapon class, so you can now use this to respec if you want to.
