Santa Ladonna is a character shrouded in mystery, known for her contributions to anti-vampiric weaponry. Naturally, we would expect her to wield some mean vampire-slaying weapons in her bag of tricks. To unlock her, you mustsurvive for 20 minutes on the Laborratory stage. After successfully surviving 20 minutes in the Laborratory, Santa Ladonna becomes available for purchase. Head to the Character selection screen and acquire her for4,995 Gold.

Santa Ladonna is a powerful character, and she quickly became one of my favorites the moment I unlocked her. She begins each run with a temporary cooldown bonus, a nod to her weaponological expertise. In dire situations, when Santa’s health drops to critically low levels, she automatically triggers a Rosary, providing a strategic advantage during intense battles. Her character is imbued with a blend of +35% Might and -75% Cooldown reduction, making her a formidable ally in your quest against the vampiric hordes.
