How to Complete the Wake Up the Brainwashed Characters Objective in Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 4
The objective requires you towake up three characterswho have been brainwashed by hired followers ofDoctor Doomby talking to them. Below are the three characters you need to wake up and their locations:
Brite Raider
You will find Brite Raider at thesouthernmost part of the map, where she will be roaming outside her house or sitting on a chair. Talk to her to wake her up.
Peabody is just to thenorth of where you find Brite Raider. He will be on top of thePea Bois building.
Rust is found on the southwest side of the map,northwest of Sandy Steppes and southwest of The Raft. He will be roaming outside his house. Talk to him to snap him out of it.
Once you get to their locations, you will find them roaming the area. All you have to do is to talk to them to snap them out of it. They will tell you about Doom taking over the world and eventually remember their true identity. They will also drop you a shield or other common items to help them.
you may also visit the hired followers and defeat themto free the brainwashed characters, but that will take you more effort than simply talking to these characters. Since all of these characters are on the southern side of the map, you can complete this objective in a single match. However, be aware of the other enemies in the area. They will be a hindrance to you if you don’t clear the area first and can even eliminate the character before you even get to talk to them.
