Princess Ilyna Patterns
Princess Ilynais a mixedrapieruser as well as achaos magic magewith flowing patterns and dance steps, making it easy to follow along with herPhase 1moveset with some practice. ForPhase 1, Ilynawill mostly use her Rapier during thisphase, mixing in simple chaos energy ball summons and spinning her rapier as a follow-up attack.
Since her attacks deal a small amount ofchaos build up, dodging and running back in from her attacks to stagger her will work similarly to earlier fights againstBellerian. Her large Rapier combo will eat up a large portion ofKhazan’sstamina if you miss too manyBrink Guards, to land heavier damage, dodge out of her range, andBrink Guardthe last four of her eleven rapier thrusts.

Advanced Princess Ilyna Patterns
Princess Ilynawill begin to surround herself with glowing purple chaos energy, ushering inPhase 2.It begins after the Princessloses around 50-60% of her health bar as her magic skills increase with her chaos magic. As she’s powering up, down aChaos Resistance Potionand preparing for the fight ahead, she’ll usually open withtracking chaos orbsthat will leave delayed exploding paths across the arena floor.
Near the end of thisphase,Ilynawill begin stacking herRapiercombos and move faster the lower her health depletes. Use more dodging thanBrink Guardsunless right after aConcentrated Blast, in which case, you can initiate acounterattackto throw her off balance temporarily. Herchaosbuild-up will start affecting all of her attacks, unlikePhase 1,where the build-up was low and slow. Make sure to take yourpotions and cleansesbefore the build-up bar reaches half full to avoid having your health capped by the effect.
The boss will then flip back and forth between herRapierand her mage form until she is defeated. Monitor your stamina and use dodge over Brink Guard to remain out of range and punish her openings withBrutal attacksafter exhaustion.
