Star Wars Outlawsis finally coming out in a few weeks, and it’s the first-ever open-world Star Wars title. Massive Entertainment has a knack for creating technically impressive open worlds with recent releases like Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and the Division series. Now, the developers have finally given us a look at the PC side with the official Star Wars Outlaws system requirements.
Star Wars Outlaws System Requirements
As usual, Ubisoft have given a fairly extensive breakdown of what we can expect at multiple resolutions with a 60 FPS target, and some form of upscaling technology enabled. If you’re looking to play Star Wars Outlaws with a 60 FPS target at the high preset, you’ll need something like an RTX 3060 Ti paired with a Ryzen 5 5600X for 1080p.
It’s important to note that the requirements mention that upscaling is required even at minimum settings. This means that while the output resolution is 1080p at minimum, the actual internal resolution will be around 720p with the Quality preset. This is a bit concerning, especially since the image quality can be severely affected at 1080p when using upscaling.

Apart from that, you need 65 GB of free space to install Star Wars Outlaws, and an SSD is recommended no matter what settings you play the game at.
Star Wars Outlaws is coming to PC, Xbox Series S|X, and the PS5 onAugust 30, 2024.

We’re glad to see Ubisoft continue to give PC players some early clarity with their detailed system requirements. Star Wars Outlaws is shaping up to be another technically impressive title from Massive Entertainment, and we’re excited to see how well it performs on a range of PC hardware.

When he isn’t spending an unhealthy amount of time in Slay the Spire, he’s probably trying out yet another retro-shooter or playing Dark Souls for the 50th time.
