The Game Awardsrecognizes and upholds creative and technical excellence in the global video game industry.
The Game Awards 2017will be filmed in 4K resolution and will show off exclusive game world premieres, new game announcements, and musical performances. It will be live-streamed to all major digital, gaming, and social platforms for free including, but not limited to:

New Feature
A new segment coming to the2017 Game Awardswill be “The Game Awards Orchestra”. A new feature that showcases an “all-star group of some of the world’s most talented orchestral and rock musicians”, in addition to special guests performances of video game scores throughout gaming’s history.
Prior toThe Game Awards 2017event, everyone can begin casting their votes onNovember 14, 2017 (Tue)at7:00 a.m. PT/10:00 a.m. ETon the 20+ categories by using platforms like Twitter, Facebook Messenger, or by heading directly toTheGameAwards.com.

In collaboration with Google, The Game Awards will also allowvotes to be casted via Google Searchby simply typing in “The Game Awards voting” into the Search bar.
Finally, the much-anticipated “The Game Awards Sale” will be making a come back this year. Where nominated games can be purchased at a discount on online storefronts like the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live, Steam and others.
