PlayStation has announced a compilation package, The Last of Us Complete, which includes thePS5remasters of The Last of Us Part 1 and Part 2. It’s now available to download on the PS5 for $99.99, but a physical collector’s edition has also been announced, including both discs, special lithographs, and more.
The Last of Us Complete Includes the Full Package
The physical collector’s edition of The Last of Us Complete is launching on July 10 and can now be pre-ordered exclusively throughPlayStation Direct. It features a slick white and black cover that has art of both the younger and older Ellie. The two games will be housed inside of a collector’s box that has the new artwork that Druckmann says, “[captures] the humanity at the heart of [Naughty Dog’s] story through a beautiful intricate design.”
Once you open this box, you’ll find a steelbook that has this artwork. Inside are two physical discs that have new minimalist designs that represent The Last of Us Part 1 and Part 2 Remastered. Additionally, there are four stunning lithographs that have artwork featuring Joel and Ellie in multiple scenarios (including both of them on horseback), a neat depiction of one of the infected, and the older Ellie with Abby in the background.
“Our team hand-picked artists who we felt could offer beautiful takes on these characters that mean so much to both our studio and to all of you,” said Druckmann on thePlayStation Blog.
Last but not least, the critically acclaimed comic based on the seriesAmerican Dreamsis included in the collector’s edition. It’s a prequel to the first game that tells a story between Ellie and her friend Riley. The Last of Us Complete lives up to its name, as the Collector’s package will include the first and second game, the comic, and of course, the first game’s expansion,Left Behind.

Fans Still Wait for Next Naughty Dog Game
The PS5 launched all the way back in 2020, and fans are still awaiting a wholly original Naughty Dog game for the platform. During The Game Awards last December, Naughty Dog and PlayStation finally revealedIntergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, a new sci-fi title. You play as a bounty hunter Jordan A. Mun (played by Tati Gabrielle), who is stranded on a planet called Sempiria. The problem is that anything that enters it is never heard from again.

Your goal, as you take down enemies in this action-adventure title, is to escape and be the first person in over 600 years to leave Sempiria. If you’re looking forward to Naughty Dog’s next title, maybe you should check out Returnal, for a seemingly similar experience.
The Last of Us Season 2, by the way, is debuting on April 13 through HBO.
